A fast paced, 60 minute, power packed workout featuring P90X elements, cardio, core strengthening & strength training. Lasting for 4 weeks, 4 days per week.

It is designed for maximum results. Every session is crucial to your progression. Results will come to those who attend all sessions & follow a healthy diet plan, which will be provided to you. If someone is looking for a workout that is easy- this is not it!TB Boot Camp is designed with the female body in mind & will work for those who work for it.
The class can be tailored for individuals who are just beginning to workout with modifications, or advanced for those who work-out on a regular basis
TB Boot Camp can be a life-changing fitness routine for those that have a significant amount of weight to lose or can provide something new & challenging to those who are already physically fit.
What to expect???
By the end of a 4 week session, you will:

Be able to jog 1 mile
•
Be able to perform standard push ups
•
Lose up to 5 pounds and/or an average of 6 inches*
•
Lose 1 pant size
*These results are based on those who come to every class, give 110%, & follow the TB diet plan
Give it 90 days…It is recommended that you attend at least 3 months of TB Boot Camp, back-to-back, to see optimal results & to create new, healthy habits into your lifestyle. Many boot campers participate year round because they like the schedule, enjoy the challenge, accountability & the great results!
